Executive Search Network/Platinum Staffing seeks an experienced Regional Director of Operations to oversee five Skilled Nursing Facilities in Portland, Maine. You will report to the CEO and direct daily operations, aligning strategy with patient care, quality, and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing home management or related experience.
• Proven track record in operations management focusing on quality and efficiency.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to manage 700+ employees.
• Familiarity with MaineCare and PDPM regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility executives and department heads focusing on census, revenue, quality and labor costs.
• Develop and implement plans to improve operational efficiency and facility performance.
• Build relationships with feeder hospitals and providers to support operations.
• Recruit, hire, and manage staff to maintain a positive, productive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with MaineCare and PDPM regulations.
