TruGreen Limited is seeking a driven Sales Leader to direct the branch sales team across multiple locations. You will drive customer acquisition, coach managers, and implement market strategies to meet growth targets.

The role requires leadership, sales expertise, and the ability to manage budgets and programs while ensuring excellent customer focus and engagement. Based in Spokane, WA with conventional office responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2–3 years of related experience in the lawn/horticulture agronomic field required.
• 2-4 years supervisory experience required
• 2-3 years outside sales experience required
• Certificates, licenses and registrations as required by federal and state law

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of sales managers to meet targets.
• Develop market-level sales forecasts and budgets.
• Execute marketing programs to grow profit and customer base.
• Identify and close sales opportunities; manage leads.
• Coach Branch Sales Managers and recruit staff.
