Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2–3 years related experience in lawn/horticulture agronomic field or equivalent.
• 2–4 years supervisory experience and 2–3 years outside sales experience.
• Certificates, licenses and registrations as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Lead a sales team across multiple locations and Branch Sales Managers.
• Develop market-level sales plans and forecasts to meet budgets.
• Assist in executing marketing programs to grow services; share market knowledge.
• Recruit, interview and staff sales personnel; evaluate performance.
• Plan training on customer service skills, selling techniques and safety.
• Monitor sales efficiency and enforce performance standards.
