Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business or Logistics preferred.
Project Management Certification preferred.
10 years of experience in business or logistics preferred.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

Oversee collection and post-collection operations for the market area.
Represent the company to customers, vendors, municipal customers, and external stakeholders.
Execute local market area strategy aligned with corporate goals.
Lead operations, ensure safety culture, and maintain compliance with standards.
Manage day-to-day operations, staffing, budgeting, and customer service.
Develop and oversee sales and marketing strategy for the market area.
Monitor budgets and P&L, improve processes and equipment utilization.
Collaborate with maintenance, operations, permitting, compliance and engineering teams.
Interact with agencies to renew contracts and negotiate new contracts.
