American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Market Leader in the Los Angeles region.

This developmental role expands from district leadership to overseeing multiple districts while retaining some store responsibilities, focusing on delivering an exceptional customer experience and achieving key metrics through District and Store Leaders. You will lead regional strategies, guide talent development, manage budgets, plan market visits, and ensure execution of visual directives and assortments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, Finance, or related field required.
• Advanced degree (MBA) strongly preferred.
• 6+ years of increasing experience in retail management; including 5+ years as a District Manager.
• Travel is required, at least 50 percent of the time.
• Strong analytical, budgeting, planning, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional strategies to drive KPI results and maximize sales plans.
• Lead the annual budget process for sales, KPI’s and controllable expenses.
• Plan and execute market visits to review KPI performance and initiatives.
• Hold District Team Leaders accountable for execution of all operational responsibilities.
