Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of sales, merchandising, direct store delivery, or supplier sales experience.
• Ability to travel 80% of the time, regionally by car.
• Efficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead distributors in the region to hit annual business objectives using distributor management tools.
• Participate in distributor training, sales meetings, and ride-alongs.
• Provide clear follow-up notes after store visits and ride-alongs.
• Use the VIP Karma app to track, audit, and execute store visits.
• Develop larger and local chains and grow the independent market.
