Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years as an Operations Manager with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong communication, budgeting, and safety compliance skills.
• Experience in marine services or construction is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and maintenance of regional facility and teams.
• Lead regional business development and client relationships.
• Identify, estimate, and bid regional jobs.
• Manage regional projects from award to completion with safety and quality at the forefront.
• Lead a diverse team of divers, salvors, welders, operators, and mechanics.
• Maintain budgets and optimize expenses while improving operations.
