Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. in Kansas is seeking a Regional Manufacturing Scheduling & Control Manager to lead scheduling, production control and S&OE across multiple sites, ensuring on-time delivery and optimal inventory.

You’ll develop and maintain site schedules, resolve scheduling constraints, and drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, manufacturing and supply chain in a fast-paced, high-mix environment. CPIM is preferred; 5+ years in planning or scheduling are expected.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in SCM/Operations management.
  • CPIM certification preferred.
  • 5+ years in production planning, scheduling or supply chain roles, with leadership experience.
  • Experience in OEM or high-mix manufacturing is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of production scheduling and manufacturing control across multiple sites.
  • Support S&OP process and cross-functional alignment to meet customer commitments.
  • Standardize scheduling, control and inventory processes for efficiency.
  • Develop metrics and dashboards to monitor schedule attainment and delivery performance.
  • Leverage ERP and scheduling systems to support decision-making.
  • Drive continuous improvement in scheduling, material flow and capacity utilization.

The Regional Manufacturing Scheduling & Control Manager leads manufacturing scheduling, production control, and Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) processes across multiple manufacturing sites to ensure the effective execution of customer demand and achievement of operational and delivery performance objectives. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining site manufacturing schedules, managing workflow and inventory controls, and resolving scheduling constraints across the network. The ideal candidate is a proactive, analytical leader who excels at cross-functional collaboration and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with complex product configurations and dynamic scheduling needs. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM) preferred Experience: 5+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership or scheduling-focused role. Experience in OEM, configure-to-order, or high-mix manufacturing environments preferred. Travel: 0-25% Work Schedule: Typical work hours are between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday. Works a sufficient schedule to meet the expectations of the role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead and develop a team of production scheduling and manufacturing control professionals across multiple manufacturing sites, providing direction, coaching, performance management, and professional development opportunities.
  • Supports the Scheduling Supervisors in leading the Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) process, facilitating cross-functional alignment on priorities, constraints, and execution plans to meet customer commitments and business objectives.
  • Establish, standardize, and continuously improve scheduling, manufacturing control, and inventory management processes across all locations to drive consistency, efficiency, and best practice adoption.
  • Develop and maintain performance metrics, reports, and dashboards to provide visibility into schedule attainment, on-time delivery, inventory performance, capacity utilization, and operational effectiveness.
  • Leverage ERP and advanced scheduling systems to support scheduling, execution, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on scheduling effectiveness, material flow, inventory performance, process standardization, and overall operational excellence.
  • Monitor upcoming business requirements, new product introductions, major projects, and implementation schedules to ensure operational readiness and successful execution.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
