Principal seeks a Regional Managing Director to partner with leaders, develop and attract top-tier professionals, and build an intentional culture. You will lead a team to attract, train, motivate and retain advisors, while driving recruiting, production, persistency and prudent expense management.

The role requires 8+ years in sales and management, with broad regulatory knowledge and strong communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

Requires bachelor degree or equivalent.
8+ years related work experience, including sales and management.
Broad knowledge of sales techniques, as well as regulations governing insurance and security sales.
Must have good oral and written communication skills as well as good presentation skills.
Must have ability to recruit, select, train, lead, manage, and coordinate a diverse group of producers to meet the goals of the business center.
Must be able to develop and maintain community relations.
Travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

Develop a profitable business center by attracting, training, motivating and retaining advisors.
Provide day-to-day leadership and business development.
Achieve specified goals in recruiting and retention of advisors, production, persistency, business conduct, and expense management in accordance with business center and company key objectives.
