Aecon Telecommunications is seeking a results-driven Regional Manager to lead telecom construction operations across a designated U.S. region.

You will be the primary accountability for regional performance, oversee budgets, schedules, and workforce management, and drive client relationships and safety initiatives. Qualifications

• Minimum 8 to 10 years of industry experience with progressive operational leadership.
• Strong expertise in project management, including budget, schedule, risk, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to travel across multiple states to support operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational and financial performance of the region and support the GM in annual planning.
• Direct bidding strategy to optimize revenue and margin.
• Lead supervisors and staff across the region with clearly defined responsibilities.
• Coach and manage Project Managers, Construction Managers, and Project Coordinators.
• Maintain client, subcontractor, and union relationships to drive profitability and safety.
