Job summary

Bioventus is seeking a Regional Manager for the Mid-Atlantic region (MD, DC, VA) to grow indirect distributor opportunities in the spine/biologic portfolio. You will recruit, train, and manage distributors and hospital accounts, drive sales targets, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute strategic plans.

The role requires 8+ years in medical devices, including 5+ years in orthopedics distribution leadership, strong presentation skills, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 8 years in Medical Device industry.
• 5 years in orthopedics/surgical distribution management.
• Ability to present clinical data.
• Must have spine biologics distribution network experience.
• Must have regional sales leadership experience.
• Experience negotiating contracts/agreements.
• Strong customer relationships and cross-functional communication.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Excellent presentation and written/verbal communication.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Proficient with contract management systems.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Director of Sales and develop new and existing distributor opportunities.
• Support recruitment, training, and management of distributors and hospital accounts to hit sales goals.
• Collaborate with direct sales to capture leads and manage surgeon accounts.
• Provide field support to distributors and hospital accounts for product approvals.
• Deliver clinical data and education to clinicians and support teams.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, and Finance to execute plans.
