Job summary

Bioventus is seeking a Regional Manager for the Mid-Atlantic hub (MD/DC/VA) to drive indirect distributor sales for Spine/Biologics. You will recruit, train, and manage distributors and hospital accounts while collaborating with direct sales to capture leads and exceed goals.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in medical devices, spine biologics distribution, and strong negotiation and presentation skills. Travel is required to support channel partners and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or Science; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of Medical Device industry experience.
• 5 years in orthopedics/surgical distribution management.
• Experience presenting clinical data.
• Must have spine biologics distribution networks.
• Must have sales distribution leadership experience.
• Strong negotiation and cross-functional influence.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop existing and new distributor opportunities under DoS guidance.
• Recruit, train, and manage distributors and hospital accounts.
• Collaborate with direct sales to capture and close leads.
• Provide field support for product approvals.
• Present clinical data to clinicians and support team.
• Educate distributors on surgical portfolio and coordinate with Marketing/Operations.
• Monitor market intelligence and competitor activity.
• Represent Bioventus at exhibitions and shows.
• Adhere to Code of Compliance and internal controls.
