Job summary

Bioventus LLC is seeking a Regional Manager for the Indirect Distributor Channel of Spine/Biologics in the Mid-Atlantic region. You will lead recruitment, training, and management of distributors and hospital accounts, working with DoS to drive sales and exceed targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or Science; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of Medical Device industry experience.
• 5 years of related experience in orthopedics/surgical distribution management.
• Must have experience in spine biologics distribution networks.
• Must have experience leading sales distribution or regional sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Report to and work under guidance from the Director of Sales to develop existing and new business opportunities.
• Support recruitment, training, and management of distributors and hospital accounts to drive sales and meet goals.
• Collaborate with direct sales to capture leads and manage surgeon accounts.
• Provide field support to distributors and hospital accounts to assist in product approval processes.
• Deliver clinical data and information to clinicians and support teams; train distributors and hospital accounts on the portfolio.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, Finance to execute plans and achieve objectives.
• Maintain awareness of competitor products and provide market intelligence.
