Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited seeks a Regional Manager to oversee large utility programs across the Seattle region. You will drive P&L, deliverables, and customer success while leading cross-functional teams in power generation, renewables, grid modernization, and digital utility transformations.

The role demands strategic regional execution, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to travel to customer sites as needed. On-call support may be required.

Job Description

The Regional Manager/SME will be responsible for the overall business, Accounts growth, delivery oversight and customer relationship, of large utility industry programs across the assigned geography. The role involves leading multi-million-dollar portfolios, driving operational excellence, managing P& L, overseeing large cross-functional teams, and ensuring customer success in utility domains such as Power Generation, Transmission, Distribution, Renewables, Grid Modernization, ADMS, EMS, SCADA, and Digital Utility Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieving OPERTAIONAL Excellence and Resource Management along with customer experience.
• Develop and Implement Regional Strategies: Create and execute regional business plans, Strategic plan aligned with the organization's global objectives.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regional leaders, customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of professionals cutting across Services, Support and Engineering WS , providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
• Communication: Serve as a liaison between regional teams, global HQ for Utilities, and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
• Adhere to all Quality processes. Ability to be part of an on-call rotation for after business hour customer calls.
• Ability to travel to customer sites.
