Job summary

The Pittsburgh Paints Company is seeking a Regional Manager to drive sales growth and execute strategic plans for the New England region. You will lead PPC Store employees, Account Development Managers, and Territory Managers supporting both The Home Depot and PPC accounts.

You will report to the Divisional Manager and work remotely with travel across Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Vermont, and parts of New York (Albany area).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years of people management and 8+ years selling experience.
• Experience using CRM, sales analytics, and territory reporting tools.
• Willingness to travel within the region and surrounding states.

Responsibilities

• Identify strategic partner relationships to expand share and revenue.
• Develop and execute profit plans for the region and meet financial goals.
• Analyze performance metrics to track regional goals.
• Lead outside sales teams with effective strategies and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for field feedback.
