The Pittsburgh Paint Company is seeking a Regional Manager to implement our strategy that drives sales growth. You will lead a team including PPC Store employees, Account Development Managers and Territory Managers, supporting The Home Depot business and PPC operations.

This remote role with travel covers New England: CT, ME, MA, NH, RI, VT and Albany NY. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years leading a team; 8+ years selling can substitute for a degree.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years proven experience managing a team.
• 8+ years of selling experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with CRM software tools, sales analytics, and territory reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Identify important partner relationships to build strategic account partnerships and programs.
• Develop and implement the profit plan for the assigned region and meet profit and sales goals.
• Analyze main performance metrics to ensure regional goals are achieved.
• Collaborate with team functions to provide field feedback on performance and customer requirements.
• Lead a team of outside sales members by implementing sales strategies and processes.
