Job summary

The Pittsburgh Paints Company is seeking a Regional Manager to lead a team of PPC Store employees, Account Development Managers and Territory Managers, driving sales growth across the New England region. The role covers Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Albany area of New York while supporting both PPC and Home Depot accounts.

The Regional Manager will report to the Divisional Manager and work remotely with travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 5+ years proven leadership and sales experience.
• Experience with CRM software, sales analytics, and territory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Identify partner relationships to build strategic accounts and programs.
• Develop and implement profit plans for the assigned region to meet sales goals.
• Analyze performance metrics to ensure regional targets are achieved.
• Collaborate with field teams to provide feedback on performance and customer needs.
• Lead outside sales teams and implement strategies to engage current and new customers.
