Job summary

The Pittsburgh Paints Company is seeking a Regional Manager to execute our sales strategy, drive growth, and lead PPC Store employees, Account Development Managers and Territory Managers serving The Home Depot and PPC customers. This remote role requires travel across the New England region, covering Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Vermont and the Albany area of New York.

Strong leadership, CRM and territory analytics are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 8+ years of sales leadership experience.
• Experience with CRM software, sales analytics, and territory reporting.
• Willingness to travel across the New England region and surrounding states.

Responsibilities

• Identify key partner relationships to build strategic account partnerships.
• Develop and implement profit plans for the assigned region to hit sales goals.
• Analyze regional performance metrics to achieve targets.
• Collaborate with field teams to provide feedback on performance and customer needs.
• Lead outside sales teams to engage current and new customers.
