Qualifications

• 2+ years of multi-unit leadership experience in QSR, coffee, or drive-thru environments.
• Experience with labor modeling, scheduling, inventory, and equipment maintenance is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead under pressure in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Develop: Coach and scale 40+ member teams and Stand Managers to hit goals.
• Model Excellence: Maintain proficiency in front-line duties and operational standards.
• Drive Profitability: Analyze P&L, KPIs, and reporting tools to improve labor costs and efficiency.
• Be Present: Spend 75% of time in the stands coaching and observing the operation.
• Build the Pipeline: Collaborate with leadership to implement new initiatives and nurture internal talent.
