• 2+ years of team leadership in QSR, coffee, or fast-casual.
• Drive-thru or speed-of-service experience is a big plus.

• Comfort with early mornings and full availability across dayparts, weekends, and holidays.
• Growth mindset with promotion potential as footprints expand.

Responsibilities

• Run the Stand: Own daily operations, sales, and profitability. Build the schedule, control costs, and keep the line moving at 7 Brew speed.
• Build the Crew: Hire, train, and energize a young, high-output team. Develop shift leads into future Stand Managers.
• Deliver the 7 Brew Experience: Coach drink quality, accuracy, and the personal connections that turn first-time guests into daily regulars.
• Lead from the Floor: Hands-on leadership on the headset, on the bar, and at the window.
• Grow the Brand Locally: Represent 7 Brew in your community through local marketing, events, and everyday reputation.
