Job summary

Andwell Health Partners in Lewiston, ME is seeking a Regional Manager of Partnerships to lead growth and strengthen healthcare partnerships across southern Maine.

You'll build relationships with hospitals, physician groups, senior living communities, payers, and other referral partners while developing strategies that expand access to Andwell’s home health, hospice, behavioral health, palliative, and care management services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree plus healthcare sales experience.
• 3+ years of healthcare business development, sales, or partnership experience.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Maine’s healthcare landscape preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Provider Relations and clinical consultants in your region.
• Develop strategic referral partnerships and growth plans for Maine.
• Analyze market trends, referral volume, and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with clinical, operations, intake, and marketing teams.
• Represent Andwell at community and healthcare events.
• Track performance and partnerships using Salesforce CRM.
• Help achieve regional growth, referral, and service-line goals.
