Job summary

Precoa seeks an Regional Manager to lead Northern California’s growth, coaching 10–15 AFPs and partnering with funeral home owners across Daly City, the South Bay, East Bay, Monterey Bay, and beyond.

You’ll drive consumer presentations, local lead generation, and strategic growth while mentoring your team and sharpening leadership skills within a collaborative West Coast group. This role requires travel but keeps you connected to home bases and local partners.

Qualifications

• Sales leadership or management experience with coaching and accountability.
• Experience building relationships with business owners; insurance or relationship-driven sales is a plus.
• Strong communication skills: respond quickly, check in proactively, handle tough conversations.
• Independent, entrepreneurial, coachable problem solver who brings ideas.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred; Spanish fluency is a bonus.
• Total compensation based on experience with upside for top performers.
• 18 days PTO and 10 paid holidays annually.
