Precoa seeks a Regional Manager to lead a high-performing AFP team across Northern California, coaching 10–15 AFPs and expanding partnerships with funeral home owners. The role centers on mentorship, relationship-building, and driving measurable growth in the Bay Area and surrounding regions.

You’ll travel regularly, basing in the Bay Area while visiting local funeral homes; success hinges on leadership, emotional intelligence, and a relentless drive to expand the market.

Formación

• Sales leadership or management experience with coaching track record.
• Experience building relationships with business owners; insurance sales is a plus.
• Strong communication skills: responsive, proactive, emotionally intelligent.
• Independent, entrepreneurial, coachable problem solver with ideas.
• Current life insurance license or willingness to obtain one; Bay Area residency; travel readiness.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Spanish fluency is a bonus.

Responsabilidades

• Mentor, motivate and coach a high-producing AFP team (10–15 AFPs).
• Win over funeral home owners through relationship-building and trust.
• Drive field results: lead presentations, local lead generation, use reports to identify growth opportunities.
• Grow with a collaborative West Coast team; regular Bay Area base with travel as needed.
