Job summary

Precoa is seeking a Regional Manager to lead Northern California’s growth market, based in the Bay Area with regular travel to key communities. Manage 10–15 Advance Funeral Planners, coach high performers, and deepen partnerships with funeral home owners across Daly City, the South Bay, the East Bay, Monterey Bay, and San Joaquin Valley.

You’ll drive consumer presentations, lead local lead generation, and use reports to turn data into action, while mentoring a team and scaling territory growth

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading sales teams and coaching performance.
• Experience building relationships with business owners or funeral home partners.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; able to manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, motivate and coach a high-producing AFP team of 10–15 members.
• Win over funeral home owners by adapting approach to each owner.
• Drive field results through consumer presentations, local lead generation, and data-driven decisions.
• Grow territory with a collaborative West Coast team, balancing travel and home time.
