Job summary

Precoa is seeking a Regional Manager to lead Advance Funeral Planners across Northern California. Based in the Bay Area, you will coach 10–15 AFPs, develop relationships with funeral home owners, and drive regional growth, with monthly travel to field locations.

You’ll mentor and coach teams, sharpen emotional intelligence and negotiation, and leverage data to turn insights into decisions. A life insurance license or willingness to obtain one is preferred; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

• Ability to build trust with business owners and manage expectations.
• Strong communication across diverse stakeholders and remote teams.
• Independent, coachable problem solver with proactive ideas.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, motivate and coach a team of AFPs across Northern California.
• Win and maintain relationships with funeral home owners; adapt approach to each owner.
• Lead consumer presentations, local lead generation, and use reporting to drive growth.
