Job summary

Precoa seeks a Regional Manager to lead Northern California's growth, mentoring AFPs and partnering with funeral home owners across Daly City to the Monterey Bay area. You’ll coach a 10–15 AFPs and expand relationships while running your region with autonomy.

Based in the Bay Area, you’ll travel regularly, present to communities, and build data-driven strategies to lift production. Prior sales leadership and a life insurance license (or willingness to obtain one) are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and coaching teams to achieve growth.
• Experience building relationships with business owners and agents.
• Strong communication and emotional intelligence.
• Willingness to obtain life license; Bay Area residency; travel.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred; Spanish a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach AFP team in Northern California.
• Win over funeral home owners and manage relationships.
• Lead consumer presentations and local lead generation.
• Travel regularly across Bay Area and Northern California.
• Analyze data to drive territory growth.
