Precoa is seeking a Regional Manager to lead Advance Funeral Planners (AFPs) across Northern California, from Daly City to the Monterey Bay and beyond. You’ll coach a team of 10–15 AFPs, build relationships with funeral home owners, and drive growth in your territory.

Based in the Bay Area, you’ll spend time with partners in local funeral homes, travel about one week per month, and use reporting to turn data into decisions.

Formación

• Sales leadership or management experience with a track record of coaching performance.
• Experience building relationships with business owners.
• Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence.
• Independent, entrepreneurial, coachable problem solver with ideas.
• Life insurance license or willingness to obtain one; Bay Area residency; travel.

Responsabilidades

• Mentor, motivate and coach a high-producing AFP team.
• Win over funeral home owners through adaptive relationship management.
• Drive results in the field by leading presentations and lead generation.
• Grow alongside a collaborative West Coast team with regular travel.
