• BS in Civil Engineering preferred.
• Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) is required.
• Minimum of twelve years of related industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills are required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D is expected.

• Coordinate design, permitting, and construction activities.
• Prepare agreements including scope, schedule, and fees; monitor financial performance.
