The role requires a Civil Engineering background, 10+ years experience, and preferred PE licensure. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, strong leadership, and driving license are essential for success.

Qualificações

• BS in Civil Engineering preferred; other disciplines considered with experience.
• Advanced degree or experience in project management desirable.
• Minimum of 10 years of related industry experience preferred.
• Registration (or ability to attain) as a Professional Engineer in ME preferred.
• Sound mathematical skills required.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Leadership acumen essential.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and manage project proposal development through planning, design development, construction documents, bidding, and construction.
• Supervise, coordinate, and review work of engineers, technicians, and designers.
• Manage projects, oversee tasks, and engage in design of projects.
• Engineer building design projects from concept to substantial completion using steel, wood, and concrete.
• Promote new business for the company and area of expertise.
• Prepare agreements including scope, schedule, fees and monitor financial performance of projects.
• Cultivate client relationships and seek cross-selling opportunities.
