Qualifications

• BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Minimum 15 years of related industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members in securing, planning, organizing, designing, and controlling projects to completion within schedules and budgets.
• Oversee design, permitting, and coordination of construction activities with team members and clients.
• Develop and manage project scope, schedule, and fees; monitor financial performance.
