Job summary

Connect Staffing and Consulting is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee 4 to 11 apartment communities in the San Bernardino area. This on-site leadership role directs Community Managers, drives property operations, and ensures strong resident service across the portfolio.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of on-site residential property management experience, supervises teams, manages budgets and reports, and coordinates vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of on-site residential property management experience.
• Experience supervising employees and managing residential properties.
• Ability to oversee multiple communities and coach property-level teams.
• Strong knowledge of property operations, maintenance, marketing, staffing and resident relations.
• Proficiency with budgeting, financial reports, cash flow estimates and performance summaries.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, supervise, and develop Community Managers and other direct reports.
• Set performance and training goals, conduct evaluations, and address personnel matters.
• Approve site-level hiring, status changes, and terminations as assigned.
• Lead management meetings and establish clear communication between property teams and the corporate office.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across the portfolio and maintain service standards.
• Audit property administration, accounting and maintenance practices for compliance.
