Job summary

Westland Real Estate Group is seeking a Regional Manager in San Bernardino to oversee a portfolio of 4–11 residential properties. The role emphasizes leadership of Community Managers, policy implementation, and strong financial oversight within an on-site setting.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Real Estate Property Management and 5–7 years of relevant experience, with proficiency in Yardi and MS Office. Travel and in-person supervision are essential to success.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years on-site property management experience with supervisor responsibilities
• Experience overseeing multiple residential properties and supervising staff
• Strong budgeting, financial reporting and proforma skills

Responsibilities

• Establish and coordinate a communication system among Community Managers and the Corporate Office
• Hire, train, supervise, develop, and terminate on-site staff per company policy
• Review occupancy status and recommend rent schedules
• Monitor and improve marketing activities across properties
• Prepare and audit budgets, and monitor monthly financial performance
• Conduct periodic property inspections for market-ready condition
• Oversee vendor contracts and vendor performance
• Attend corporate management meetings and contribute to strategic planning
