Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of multifamily communities, driving operational and financial performance. This hands-on role requires leading on-site teams, maintaining client relationships, and executing strategic plans aligned with budget targets.

You will recruit, coach, and develop site-level staff, coordinate with HR, approve expenses, monitor marketing and vendor relations, and ensure compliance with company policies across communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; four years in multifamily property management.
• Knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and develop on-site teams; strong vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment and interview process for portfolio sites.
• Conduct regular team meetings, coaching and performance reviews.
• Coordinate with HR on issues and policy compliance.
• Onboard, train and mentor team members for success.
• Perform site visits and schedule client calls and meetings.
• Develop and execute business plans for each community.
• Approve expenses and manage reporting to align with budgets.
• Review purchase orders and invoices for accuracy.
