Job summary

LR Management Services is seeking a Regional Property Manager in Michigan to lead a portfolio of apartment communities. You will oversee daily operations, optimize income, and drive strategic improvements across leasing, maintenance, and resident services.

You will lead a team of managers and staff to deliver exceptional service and financial results. The ideal candidate has 6–10 years of multi-site property management experience, proficiency in budgeting and software like Yardi, and excellent

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is required; MBA is a plus.
• 6–10 years of experience, latest role as Property Manager or Regional Property Manager of 1200+ units with scattered site experience preferred.
• Experience managing staff of at least 20; knowledge of residential marketing and management laws.
• Strong budgeting and financial statement analysis skills; proficient with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations across the portfolio, including leasing, resident services, and maintenance.
• Maximize income and control costs for each property; review financial reporting and budgets.
• Design incentive programs; lead marketing, advertising plans, and risk management practices.
• Recruit, develop, and evaluate staff; supervise contracts, work orders, payroll, and purchasing.
• Monitor leasing, renewals, RUBS billing, AR/AP, and site inspections; partner with corporate office as needed.
