USA Clinics Group in Northbrook, IL, seeks a Regional Clinical Manager to support 15+ clinics nationwide virtually from our corporate HQ. The role reports to the SVP of Operations and oversees clinical staff reports, inventory, and scheduling to maintain patient flow.

The position requires a bachelor's degree (preferred), 3+ years staffing oversight, 1+ year management, and strong Microsoft 365/Excel skills. Travel up to 20% is expected. Competitive compensation offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years overseeing staffing and scheduling across multiple medical offices.
• 1+ year of management experience.
• Experience managing clinics in multiple states.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft 365 and Excel.
• Knowledge of medical office patient flow and scheduling.
• Customer service and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily staff attendance reports and timeliness of patient care.
• Monitor staff scheduling and adjust to meet staffing needs.
• Track inventory status and ensure supply requests are submitted.
• Assist with new hire training and monitor progress at 30/60/90 days.
• Collaborate with department managers to ensure clinics run smoothly.
• Serve as point of contact for clinical staff on questions and scheduling.
• Oversee and track productivity reports.
• Additional duties as assigned.
