Job summary

USA Properties Fund, Inc. seeks a Regional Manager, Property Management to oversee a portfolio across Orange and Los Angeles Counties, based in Tustin, CA.

Lead district and community managers, develop budgets, and drive occupancy and financial performance. This exempt, full-time role requires 2+ years in regional property supervision, travel to the Bay Area, knowledge of tax credit programs, and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Leadership experience required.
• 2+ years as Regional Property Supervisor.
• Knowledge of Section 42 Tax Credit/HUD/RHCP and local programs.
• 3 years managing multiple properties.
• Must be comfortable with regular travel to the Bay Area.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees across portfolio to ensure policy compliance.
• Monitor marketing needs and optimize occupancy and rents.
• Review and approve expenditures within budgetary guidelines.
• Resolve resident relations issues.
• Complete performance evaluations for supervised staff.
• Review property admin, accounting, and maintenance for compliance.
• Coordinate quarterly lender and regional reports.
• Mentor and counsel supervised employees.
• Coordinate communication with community managers and corporate team.
• Hire/onboard on-site personnel and approve terminations.
• Conduct quarterly inspections and site visits to ensure processes are followed.
