Aspen Dental is seeking a Regional Manager – in‑office to oversee a group of 6–10 Aspen Dental branded practices in the Cedar Rapids area. You will lead operations, steer growth, and own full profit and loss responsibilities while partnering with the practice staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience overseeing multiple locations in retail or healthcare.
• Ability to interpret financial statements and act on them.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for 6–10 Aspen Dental practices.
• Drive growth and process improvements with full P&L ownership.
• Develop partnerships with practice staff to optimize performance.
• Travel to nearby offices to support operations and training.
• Coordinate staffing needs with talent acquisition and office managers.
• Support daily regional office operations as needed.
