Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a Regional Manager – in-office to oversee operations for 6-10 Aspen Dental branded practices. You will drive growth, lead regional teams, and own full profit and loss responsibility while partnering with staff.

This role requires travel to nearby offices, training delivery, staffing decisions with talent acquisition, and adherence to the business model and procedures; a Bachelor's degree and multi-location management experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Management experience across multiple locations in retail or health care.
• Prior profit and loss responsibility and ability to read financial statements.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office business applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients and staff.
• Willingness to travel for training.

Responsibilities

• Travel to nearby offices to support practice operations.
• Provide training and development support to ensure staff understand the business model and procedures.
• Collaborate with talent acquisition and office managers to evaluate staffing needs for hiring and onboarding.
• Support daily regional office operations as needed.
