Aspen Dental is seeking a Regional Manager – in-office to oversee 6-10 practices, drive growth, and own full P&L in the Michigan region. You will train staff, implement the business model, and collaborate with office managers to ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience overseeing multiple locations in retail or health care.
• Prior profit and loss responsibility and ability to interpret financial statements.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Travel daily to assigned offices with valid driver’s license.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 6–10 Aspen Dental branded practices and drive growth and process improvements with full P&L ownership.
• Provide training and development support to ensure staff understand the business model, procedures, and protocols.
• Evaluate staffing needs with talent acquisition and office managers for effective hiring and onboarding.
• Support daily office operations within the region as necessary.
