Job summary

11Residential is seeking a Director of Operations to align and optimize support functions including Software Systems, Marketing, Training, Compliance, and Centralized Operations. This newly created role reports to the EVP of Operations and aims to build scalable, system-driven efficiency across interdependent functions.

You will lead cross-functional teams, define site KPIs, and drive data governance, process standardization, and automation to support growth while maintaining cost-effectiveness

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years leadership experience in multifamily property management.
• Strong understanding of on-site property management challenges.
• Experience with compliance, training, marketing, centralized accounting, or technology.
• Experience managing diverse portfolios including Class B/C properties.
• Ability to evaluate complex problems, design solutions, and drive implementation.
• Knowledge of housing compliance requirements and state/local amendments.
• Experience with dashboards, KPI frameworks, or data analytics capabilities.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives or organizational restructuring.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop department teams with accountability frameworks.
• Establish shared KPIs and strategic priorities across operations.
• Evaluate, select, and implement a new CRM platform with cross-functional partners.
• Serve as operational technology strategist with data governance.
• Define site-level KPIs and build real-time dashboards.
• Drive standardization and automation across properties.
• Coordinate regulatory changes and embed compliance into systems and training.
• Align Marketing and Training with on-site operations and goals.
• Provide regular performance reporting to the EVP of Operations.
