Responsabilidades

• Lead eight communities with accountability for operations, financials, and stabilization efforts.
• Oversee hiring, performance management, succession planning, and staffing strategies.
• Drive occupancy, collections, service levels, and resident experience through hands-on leadership.
• Coordinate with support departments and regional/corporate counterparts on capital priorities and maintenance strategies.
