Madison Communities in the United States is seeking a Regional Manager to lead and direct all regional operations across a multi-state portfolio of Luxury Class A communities. You will oversee a team of Community Managers to ensure strong financial results, outstanding service delivery, and high resident satisfaction.

Travel across assigned locations, including Jacksonville, FL; Melbourne, FL; Atlanta, GA, to provide in-person leadership, guide lease-ups, review marketing plans, and support

Qualifications

• Strong financial management skills with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Sales and marketing expertise, including training, goal setting, and market analysis.
• Proven leadership in recruiting, hiring, team retention, coaching, and performance management.
• Ability to travel across multiple states: FL, GA.
• Proficiency in Yardi, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and ADP Workforce Now.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• High level of interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
• Professional presence and strong organizational skills.
• Action-oriented and resourceful with a proactive, solution-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional operations across a multi-state portfolio to maximize financial performance.
• Hire, train, develop, coach, and supervise a portfolio of Community Managers.
• Evaluate on-site staff performance in alignment with leasing and operational expectations.
• Promote a high level of customer service and ensure all teams deliver exceptional resident experiences.
• Achieve budgeted income, expense, and leasing goals across the portfolio.
• Oversee annual budgeting process for each community and collaborate with managers.
• Review monthly financial operations and provide strategic support as needed.
• Conduct market evaluations to inform pricing and rent positioning.
• Partner with Community Managers to develop marketing strategies, especially for lease-ups.
