Job summary

Madison Capital Group Holdings LLC is seeking a Regional Manager for the Tampa/Orlando area. You will lead multi-state regional operations, oversee a team of Community Managers, and drive financial performance, service delivery, and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include budgeting, leasing goals, market evaluations, and coordination with internal teams on capital projects. Travel across NC, VA, TN, GA is required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of Multifamily Regional Management experience.
• Luxury Class A lease-up experience preferred.
• Proven ability to supervise and mentor multiple property teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional operations across Tampa and Orlando.
• Direct and coach Community Managers to ensure performance.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Drive occupancy and revenue through strategic marketing reviews.
• Collaborate with Construction Services on capital improvements.
