Job summary

Madison Communities is seeking a Regional Manager to lead and direct regional operations across a multi-state portfolio, including Jacksonville, Melbourne and Atlanta. You will supervise Community Managers to ensure strong financial results, superior resident satisfaction, and high-quality service delivery.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in Multifamily Regional Management, with preference for Luxury Class A lease-up experience, and must be willing to travel regularly across FL and GA for

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Multifamily Regional Management.
• Experience with Luxury Class A lease-up communities preferred.
• Willingness to travel across FL and GA states.

Responsibilities

• Focus on financial performance of each community and staffing.
• Hire, train, and supervise Community Managers.
• Evaluate on-site staff performance against leasing/operational goals.
• Promote exceptional resident experiences and service delivery.
• Oversee budgeting across the portfolio and annual process.
