Job summary

CRM Residential is seeking an experienced Regional Manager for LIHTC and Project Based Section 8 properties in New Jersey. You will drive financial performance, manage on-site teams, and ensure compliance with owner objectives and regulatory requirements.

You will develop annual budgets, monitor variances, and implement SOPs across portfolios while coordinating with owners and corporate leadership to optimize operations and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience as a Regional Manager of LIHTC and Project Based Section 8 properties.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
• Working knowledge of RealPage or Yardi.
• Must have a Tax Credit Certification.
• Must have a Project Based Section 8 Designation.
• CPM designation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all actions and policies impacting the properties align with company standards and meet owner expectations.
• Evaluate owners’ objectives and financial goals, providing analytical insights and actionable recommendations.
• Develop a comprehensive Business and Operating Plan outlining strategic direction for the properties.
• Structure property operations effectively, establishing performance goals for on-site management.
• Recruit, train, and supervise on-site personnel while fostering a high-performing team.
• Provide administrative support to on-site staff, clarifying roles and responsibilities.
• Monitor income production and expense management to maximize financial performance.
• Implement standard operating procedures in line with policy manuals.
• Review property performance against the Business and Operating Plan and adjust as needed.
• Maintain regular communication with owners and corporate officers on developments and deviations.
