Job summary

CRM Residential is seeking a seasoned Regional Manager in New Jersey to oversee LIHTC and Project Based Section 8 properties. The role emphasizes aligning property operations with owner goals, developing strategic plans, and leading on-site teams to maximize value and performance.

You will manage budgets, monitor financials, and provide analytical insights while maintaining strong relationships with owners and corporate leadership.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience as a Regional Manager of LIHTC and Project Based Section 8 properties.
• Must have personal vehicle, valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• CPM designation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and enhance performance of properties to maximize value and economic benefit.
• Align actions with owner expectations and company standards.
• Develop and implement Business and Operating Plan for properties.
• Recruit, train, and supervise on-site staff and ensure effective operations.
• Monitor income and expenses to maximize financial performance.
• Communicate with owners and corporate officers on key developments.
