Qualifications

• Direct experience with LIHTC compliance, including recertification and regulatory reporting.
• Working knowledge of Section 8 and HUD program requirements.
• Ability to manage multi-site portfolios and provide off-site leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of affordable housing communities across Los Angeles, guiding site operations and ensuring timely reporting.
• Develop yearly operating budgets and monitor monthly variances to maximize NOI through cost controls and revenue management.
• Coordinate with Community Managers on delinquency, recertification timelines, and leasing performance.
• Ensure LIHTC compliance, Section 8 procedures, and regulatory reporting with agencies as needed.
• Hire, coach, and evaluate site staff; approve timesheets and ensure proper documentation and routing to HR.
