Job summary

Samaritan's Purse in Boone, NC is seeking a Regional Manager to join the Latin America and Caribbean team. You will help advance humanitarian programming, ensuring grants and programs meet donor guidelines while coordinating with Headquarters and field staff to share the Gospel in Jesus' name.

The role requires a BA and 3–5 years of related experience, plus 12 credit hours of Biblical Studies. Travel (30–60 days/year) will be part of the role as you manage partner relationships and monitor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA) and 3–5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 12 credit hours of Biblical Studies (required); opportunity to complete if not already satisfied upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a personal, active relationship with Jesus Christ and be a consistent witness for Jesus Christ
• Support the Regional Director to create, articulate, and disseminate clear vision and strategy for Samaritan's Purse programming in the region
• Work with Headquarters and field staff to ensure grants and programs are implemented per guidelines and donor requirements
• Analyze data to provide guidance to Regional Directors and key decision makers
• Manage partner relationships and programs; communicate with funding recipients to obtain reports and assess proposals
• Investigate new partnership opportunities in existing and other countries in the region
• Assist Field Office HQ in procurement planning, bid justifications, and contracts
• Provide on-site monitoring and evaluation of partner programs
• Lead specific partner projects and provide surge capacity during travel, disaster response, or vacancies
• Other duties as assigned

Education

Bachelor's degree (BA) from four-year college or university

12 credit hours of college-level Biblical Studies
