Job summary

Samaritan’s Purse is looking for an International Regional Manager for Central Africa, requiring fluent French. This role involves growing volunteer leadership teams, overseeing evangelism initiatives, and ensuring effective financial stewardship.

Successful candidates will have a Bachelor's in a related field and relevant field experience. Responsibilities include coaching teams and providing oversight to operational processes aimed at supporting Christian missions in the region.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related experience living in the region or equivalent education.
• 12 credit hours of college-level Biblical Studies is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
• Provide leadership, coaching, training for regional volunteer teams.
• Support operational structure for evangelism and discipleship goals.
• Oversee administrative processes for OCC in the region.
