You will recruit, coach, and empower volunteers, aligning their work with national and regional vision, ensuring excellent donor experiences and ministry impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5–7 years leading volunteers and teams toward goals.
• Proven ability to coach and lead volunteer teams to meet ministry goals.
• Experience with local church relationships and pastors/ministry leaders.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, with strategic thinking and reliable follow-through.
• 12 college credits in Biblical Studies required; meeting this on hire is possible.

Responsibilities

• Builds and strengthens Volunteer Area Teams by recruiting and coaching leaders.
• Provides strategic leadership to a year-round volunteer network.
• Drives growth in shoebox collections, donations, and engagement with churches and partners.
• Expands a ministry-aligned logistics network with partner churches as drop-off sites.
• Leads regional ministry growth planning, events, and speaker tours.
